About the role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Technical Operations Manager will oversee the Workshop, Research and Development and IT operations, <\/span><\/span>ensuring products and processes are delivered to a consistent and <\/span>high quality<\/span> standard. The role will primarily involve working with and managing a team of technical staff.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: assess, set and oversee budget targets, maintaining risk assessments for equipment and facilities and contributing to the development of workplace systems and procedures. <\/span><\/p>\n

You will also provide advice to wider departments and staff on geophysics and other technical areas of operations. You will be expected to keep abreast of industry and regional standards and guidelines insuring that work is being undertaken to these requirements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
