India graduated from Bishop Grosseteste University with a BA degree in Archaeology and History, and joined Magnitude in Autumn 2021 as an Assistant.

She rose through the ranks to Supervisor, then Junior Project Officer before transferring over to Sales and Admin in the winter of 2024.

She’s enjoying the challenge and new tasks of the Sales and Admin Department. She is also more than happy to not be working out in the cold and rain anymore, and to have more time to work on the companywide newsletter.

Outside of work, she enjoys climbing, painting, photography and gaming.
