Finn graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BSc in Geophysics before completing an MSc in Archaeological Prospection from the University of Bradford. He started a PHD on the use of Three Axis Fluxgate Magnetometers in Archaeology, before deciding that academia was too slow and his time could be better spent developing these in a commerical setting.
While at work he concentrates on ensuring that Magnitude remains at the forefront of Archaeological Geophysics by managing the development of new systems and software.
Outside of work he enjoys walking his dog Laika, building Lego and Scuba Diving.
