Demi joined Magnitude in October 2024. After spending 14 years in the hospitality industry she brings with her a wealth of experience in developing leaders. Demi is passionate about helping others to fulfil their potential. Focusing not only on what the learner wants and needs, but also on the needs of the business. She often has a million and one bold ideas flying around her head and loves nothing more than to see those ideas become a reality.

Outside of work Demi plays football for a local ladies side Wyke Wanderers, the after-game pint is her favourite of the week. Demi has a Sprocker Spaniel called Bonnie, also known as Bon bon pea head, who as you can imagine has an abundance of energy, so long walks are always on the weekend agenda.
