Michael graduated with a BSc in Geological Sciences from the University of Leeds in 2021, later during the same year he started as an Assistant at Magnitude.

Michael can frequently be found fixing the endless hordes of creatively broken cart frames so gratefully supplied by our loving field staff, or meddling with the workshops new array of 3D printers in the hope of one day developing a PLA clone of himself capable of completing his more mundane tasks for him.

In his 3 years working at Magnitude Michael has spent the majority of his holidays hiking arbitrary cross sections of the local landscapes. This year after walking 1,000km in 24 days through the vales, fens and fells of Ireland Michael unfortunately did not return with any newly acquired profound knowledge.
