Shanni is an experienced HR professional with over 13 years in the field, spanning public, private, and third party sectors. She joined Magnitude Surveys nearly two years ago as an HR Advisor and quickly advanced to HR Manager, expanding the team to better support the company’s people-focused initiatives.

She aligns HR strategies with company goals, ensuring a supportive and dynamic workplace. During her time at Magnitude Surveys, Shanni has led the implementation of several key people initiatives, including the Social & Wellbeing Committee, a Multi-faith/Quiet Room, and the Employee Engagement Survey.

Outside of work, Shanni is a foodie who loves discovering new places to eat and drink with friends and family, with a particular affinity for tacos & tequila. She also begrudgingly dabbles in Dungeons & Dragons in what feels like the world’s longest running campaign.
